A perky dental hygienist named Carrie and her wedding dress arrive in Toronto. Moving is never fun, especially when the guy you planned to wear the dress for just dumped you. To add to her misery, the big city is mighty lonely, which is probably why Carrie spends most of her time baring her soul to an 8x10 glossie of Corey Hart. This 55-minute play is well-acted by Anita Vandeneykel, but it's just difficult to relate to a woman parading around in her wedding dress obsessing over her teen idol. In the final analysis, after all of life's painful lessons, shouldn't the girl in the box emerge a woman?
