Play Review: Heaven
Lunchbox play not quite heavenly
CALGARY -- Heaven, the newest play by Calgarian Cheryl Foggo, is a charming and unassuming romantic drama set against one of the most interesting times and places in Alberta history.
Set in 1927, the one-act Lunchbox Theatre show stars Kirsten Williamson and Toronto actor Malcolm Xerxes as two lonely souls who come together amid burgeoning economic turmoil and veiled racism.
