Play Review: Ilsa Queen Of The Nazi Boot Camp

There's life in Ilsa yet
EDMONTON -- A lot of putrid water has passed under the bridge since Eckville Holocaust denier Jim Keegstra was found guilty (twice) of promoting hatred 15 or so years ago.

With continuing horrors like Kosovo and Somalia, perhaps it's harder now to tap into the revulsion we once felt. Maybe the idea of using Nazi atrocities as a basis for satiric comment isn't quite as daring as it was. Possibly the concept of the banality of evil has become banal itself.
