Play Review: La La La Human Steps
Troupe worth its Salt
Frank Zappa once said that "writing about music is like dancing about architecture."
A similar quote could be applied to Montreal choreographer Edouard Lock - who worked on what would turn out to be Zappa's last tour - and his cutting-edge dance troupe La La La Human Steps. So: writing about dance is like designing buildings to music ... or something. The point is that mere words can never do it justice.
