TORONTO -- Watching Last Romantics brings to mind that when you're up to your ass in alligators, it is indeed hard to remember when your main objective was to drain the swamp.
To put it in more theatrical terms: When you're up to your ass in history, don't lose sight of the fact that your main objective is still telling a story.
