Play Review: Memphis The Death Of Martin Luther King

King story still dream
TORONTO -- Some lives seem to demand theatrical examination -- and few more than the life lived by the late Martin Luther King, Jr., the man who shaped the American Civil Rights Movement.

Here in Toronto, that theatrical examination began with Tuesday night's opening of Memphis: The Death Of Martin Luther King, a new work from playwright John P. Moore, currently at the U of T's Robert Gill Theatre, a production of Theatre Wum in association with Up From The Roots.
