Play Review: On The Twentieth
 Falling asleep at the switch
NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE -- Frankly, it's a production that never builds up a full head of steam.
And when the musical is titled On The Twentieth Century, and is set aboard the fabled train that ran from Chicago to New York, that's more than slightly problematic.
