Play Review: Restitution
Bunch of blarney
TORONTO -- At first, it seems as though playwright Michael O'Brien hasn't given much thought as to whether he wants an audience to laugh with his characters or at them.
That lends an aura of theatrical schizophrenia to the opening scenes of Restitution: An Irish-Canadian Rhapsody, which had its world premiere on the stage of the Factory Theatre Thursday night.
