Play Review: Syncopation
 Out-of-Syncopation
TORONTO -- Allan Knee's Syncopation is a lovely little play -- as deep as it goes.
Unfortunately, the version that opened Sunday night at the Winter Garden Theatre doesn't go very deep at all, instead merely skimming the surface to create a charming, if utterly predictable and conventional, love story.
