Play Review: Water Crawlers
The Water Crawlers bob along
TORONTO - Like icebergs, the characters in Geoff Kavanagh's The Water Crawlers, a play set in and on Lake Ontario, are largely submerged.
Take Billy Musgrave, for instance. As written by Kavanagh and played by David Fox (in a production that opened on the mainstage of Buddies In Bad Times last week in a joint undertaking with Acme Theatre Co.), Musgrave is frankly barely afloat.
